Sorry, added in rest days (forgot to put them in).
Also, in that split back is hit only once a week, but bi's, tri's and chest are all hit twice (as you wanted).

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the back/tri and chest/bi split, but (depending on how hard he hits his tri's) I would recommend having a day in between (ex. rest or leg day).
Just looking to improve my split. In your opinion, should I be doing more or less for each muscle group? Keep in mind that I am training for size. Thanks.
