Use http://www.fitday.com/ its a bit of a ball ache but you get used to it. Hit around 1800 cals as it looks like 1500 ish is too few for you (too much of a deficit can be a bad thing). Lower carbs...
I have had one of them and been fine. They do an Absolute Zero cal one now though so I would buy that instead.
Fat, Protein and Carbs have a certain amount of calories per gram:
Fat: 9 Cals per Gram
Carbs: 4 Cals per Gram
Protein:4 Cals per Gram
(Alcohol: 7 Cals per Gram)
So to convert a macro of 65%...
I agree with the above as you have confused me as well.
Keto and IF as far as I am aware would look something like:
Sunday: Stop eating at 8pm
Monday :Start eating a Keto diet at 12:00 noon...

I didnt go down this route in the end. I had vodka then ate KFC then swiched to beer (6 bottles)... Was in keto the morning after!! No Joke! I didnt lose anything but didn't gain either!
I'm the same, no negative side effects.
If I eat carbs I put on weight so fast my pants rip like the incredible hulk! jk. But on Keto I lose fat fast.. on week 3, lost 11 lbs (including water)....
