It all depends on where you live. Around here a 1 br in a decent neighborhood runs around 1200 to 1400 so 50k is enough to get by but that's it. You're not going to be saving a whole lot and partying...

Those shirts are trash. They'll look old after a few washes and they wrinkle up the second you put them on.
At your size I doubt you're going to find anything off the rack that fits. Either buy custom made shirts or find something that fits your upper body and have a tailor bring in the waist
