protein powder is nothing more then powdered food. so cannot say that one is better then another. If they were bought for you I say just use them .

do not do this bolded part, very unhealthy way to lose weight and you wont keep the weight off either.
your calories seem way too low with your stats.
this is where they should be training 3-5 times per week.
You need 3,982 Calories/day to maintain your weight.
You need 3,482 Calories/day...
since your test levels are low and your not on meds for it, what did your doc recommend? surely getting your diet in check and training hard will get those levels up .
