It's actually less on your legs, safer too in my opinion bc youre not going down so low.

I tried it today, it wasn't bad. Nothing special. I tried the myo peanut butter yesterday and that was really good.

Do you go straight up and down or roll your shoulders? I still see a lot of people roll their shoulders while doing shrugs, and this is an easy way to getting a pinched nerve.

Just try stretching it out and rest. Don't do anything that requires it's use for at least a week.
