my waist measures 30 inches around on a bulk (how i am currently), and my shoulders measure about 47 inches around, haha my ratio *should* be terrible but i dont know why it looks like that

just bulk lol, eat everything and lift hard... building LBM keeps bodyfat low

sorry bro but bf% is a measurement of ratio LBM to bodyfat. since you dont have much LBM, your bf% will be high, 26% seems about right, but dont worry, bulk a bit and it will go down rapidly
