You dont need to have exactly same amount of food in every meal. Just figure your needs for protein and fat, fill the rest what you like, there is stickies for this.
One of my several cuts I didnt consume any alcohol at all, this was 6 months. I didnt have any problems with it, but I didnt notice any positive effects either.
