For me it comes down to convenience and being able to have 1 product like Assault that has everything in it is key for me, and why I choose Assault.

Armor V multivitamin has both greens and fruits in it. This product is IMO one of the most complete multivitamins and even has probiotics in it as well for immune boosting.

Assault gives me good energy without the crash. Some people like the crazy overloaded stim pre workouts but I feel like you did when I took jackd and 1MR.

Hands down the most complete pre-workout. I have given samples to all my friends and training partners and they immediately switch form what they currently take to Assault.

Go with Assault. I have my whole team on this stuff and they love it. Great energy, and endurance and insane focus.

I would look into MusclePharm Armor V.
