After doing a ME exercise(like the Good-Morning) for 3 weeks,how long to wait before doing it again?And can you use the big 3(deadlift,bench,squat)as a ME exercise?
zo,if it says work up to a heavy single,just something thatz heavy for one rep,but not like u fail at one rep?
and the same for the doubles,triples,etc.?

when doing an assitance exercise(like the JM Press or the Close-grip Bench Press)and the exercise calls for
you to work up to 2 sets of 3.Is that like doing the same thing you would do for a ME...
With the JM Press are you just lowering the bar,with a close-grip, above the chest,then stopping at about 4-8 inches away from the chest,then exploding the bar upward?
