It's clear Russia is treading carefully with the operation because they hope to take over Ukrainian territory in one piece without needing to spend billions of dollars which they don't have...

Anyone know if Ukrainians are still getting food and fuel supplies into the main cities? Or are they cut off by the Russians? Do the Ukrainian cities still have electricity?

Not sure what the Ukrainian govt will accomplish by arming their citizens. I understand the thinking, but it forces Russia's hand in targeting civilians.
