Proven novice routines to do what? Gain strength? Look like a fat slob?? Stop parroting these routines, they are not the only option for bodybuilders who are novices.
For me personally, dog wins hands down. I do agree though with little attention, dogs will suffer more than cats.

Thats the problem. PL's giving bodybuilding advice. Im no expert by all means, but I refuse to take advice from someone who doesnt have the same goals as me.
