    Just count your calorie maintenance , then cut...

    Just count your calorie maintenance , then cut down about 300-500 calories and that's all. In my honest opinion, i didn't count my macros. I just cut down some carbs mainly every week.

    First Pull day, I always do lower reps about 5x6 and 5x5, and then my second pull workout goes with a bit higher reps 4x8-12 for hyperthophy. Same thing is with my push day.
