As suggested, I should take 1g of protein per lb of body weight. I weight 135lb. After workout, should I take 130g all at once or split them out during the day ??? Is it good to take all at once?...

or faster with heavy weight 100% ( 8 reps )

The reason is you have small bone. Same as I do. Many of my friend look skinnier and small than me but they all weight more than me and we're all about the same height.

Try to eat clean. Not just eat everything. Once you build up fat, it is very hard to shed it down.
