No... you are reading way to much in to it because you are worried that you will wake up fat again... If you keep the cals the same and workout with intensity you will see muscle growth.
Personally from Pic's i would continue to lift heavy keeping the cals at 2700 and keep taking the creatine. Use the mirror as a guide and only weigh yourself once every two weeks.
