you need some grip work (farmers walks, bar hangs), don't get to dependant on using straps
for those charges, your classification level should be medium security, most people doing time in medium aren't a threat
Try adding some kettlebell swings into your routine. It will really tighten up the core. This will also add cardio and strenght training at the same time.

Stay away from smith machine bench or straight bar bench, stick with db press, warm up your rotator cuffs before workouts as well. Good luck
