    this month i'm doing 7 sets of 5 reps
    day 1: chest
    db bench: 75's
    incline bb: 135 for 6 sets then on my last set 145 for 5 reps
    flies: 40 for 7 sets of 5

    day2: arms
    v bar pushdown: 170 pounds...
