i was lifting 40 pounds on an ez bar..(curls)..then out of no were i get this pain on my right side of my head like it stinged so i stoped and it would be there for a while so i went 2 get some water...
ok ive been working out for 3 months and i have been checking on the forums for some help but my question is should i cut then bulk up or should i bulk and then cut am like totaly lost lol.. any help...
