Whew! What a weekend, I apologize for not updating on the fly, it was just too busy and fast paced to get a chance on top of almost maxing my data limit I had my phone off for web.
Slept pretty well, up early for more carbs, Gatorade raisins rice cakes honey etc. gonna continue to be aggressive all morning, will probably be on stage about 1pm.

Today's the day finally! Was up at 3 for a full body circuit and began my carb load. Macros in so far are c/f/p 235/2/30, plan is about 900g carbs all said and done before bed.
Depletion day #4/4 Flat (but dry!) and weak today, relaxed posing practice even had my heart rate up. Gonna power through today and I'll be up at 3am tomorrow morning for a full body circuit...
