Its all perspective. Its the relationship to the size of you to the size of the mirror. example... those skinny bedroom mirrors you get that are like 16"...
make sure you do low intesity or "HIIT" cardio though if your eating really low carbs (look up HIIT) otherwise you will burn as much muscle as you will fat...not a good goal to have :D
if your just starting out, best not to overthink things too much. start lifing weights, make sure you hit the legs, chest and back hard. the other muscles will gain strengh and size as well. get on...
