if you have been lifting for some time and all you have been doing is db bench, bb bench and flies ..then my first word of advice would be stop looking at spandex and study other peoples chest...

im sure it's working great, but your 17 ... your producing enough test as it is. believe me from first hand experience... 17 is to young ... your going to regret this. i hope atleast your support...
