Dont squat wide, its bad for your hips is you are finding out. Geared lifters get away with it because of their lifting suits.
LIke the "high bar ATG" squat purists on the exercise forum that dont know they arent even squatting close to parallel.
YOu just get to keep lifting and training with effort and consistency
Forget about lifting weights for while, you need to stick to a decent diet and walk till you get down below 270 or so.

You want to be lifting up, not spreading out. A deadlift isnt a squat.
