i dont like water not a big fan of . is milk count as water ?

well i drink about 1 to 2 liters per day maybe less i drink in work out and post work out but rest day i don't drink that much

and i cant seek a medical help for personal Reason's so guys u will let me like that do i have to stop post so why i start this bulk any way because i listen to what u says !!

hello i'm 180 cm 65kg 21years old work out 3 time / week i walk every day 30 min
i eat 3100 calories now

its start with cheat day i went from 60 to 63 i think its water and this stuff 1 week...

op give me example how u calculate it that way !!! what about activity and age !! ??

what about cheese,Mayonnaise,Mustard,soy sauce,bbq sauce over it

op its all about calories not a food plan

figure out your TDEE and eat +500 calories over it every day

guys i need help with my bulk too the i start at 60 kg then i went to 63 kg water and this stuff then i went to 65 for all this week...

2~10 whole a day

i feel hungry in my bulk i eat chicken,yams,grains,milk,egg,dairy butter,olive oil,peanuts, potato vegetables/fruits banana mango dates, chocolate
but i still feel hungry what i can eat to full me...

Olive oil mayo i think its a great option
