Well the primary focus of my training will be PL but I'm not gonna ignore aesthetics. I'm bringing up my arms and legs as much for aesthetic reasons as I am for the benefit it should have in my big 3.
Officially ending my bulk this week. I don't wanna get any bigger lol. I'm gonna stick to PL and just bring up my lagging bodyparts. Started a new log in the PL section that I'll start using 8/29.
I usually don't get any problems until the third program. I'm not sure if it's the program or the fact that I tend to add too much weight though. Regardless I need the tri work.
my bis could use some love too i think haha. I'm definitely gonna be hitting tris a lot harder once i start 29-30-31-32 though. For 29/30 every day that had 2 bench sessions I changed the 2nd one to...
