I have been using Madness recently and have really been enjoying it a lot. Otherwise my other favorites are Body Octane or Ultima for non stims and White Flood or Presurged Unleashed for stimmed pres.

in the end creatine mono = creatine mono. you may find the micronized ones better on the stomach but the end "result" will still be the same. just get whats most affordable

thats actually a solid start right there. the only things i personally would change would be to take out the casein and add in an omega-3 supplement like fish or krill oil.

O the pumps and vascularity were for sure noticeable. The endurance was great also. I was just saying that the smooth high energy was the part I thought was most pronounced.
