Last one I did after back training Bb curl- 2x8 (elbow pain so stopped) Inc db curl- 6x10 Hammer curl- 4x8 then drop set from 40-15lb to failure each time no rest

I pulled the same on my first try at 200@lbs I don't consider that very great. But in 2 months I pulled 500, then 600 a short time later. Went up crazy fast

Overall i liked the product a lot. i would give it 8/10. will use again in the future. i really liked the increased vascularity and extended pumps. weight is still 230lbs, and im making gains....
