i say no higher then 14-15%..I also just ate. I carry most of my fat in my stomach.. everything else is lean as hell

Happens to me when i do low carb days and higher protein.. After a while its like ****ting knives.. Just eat at a deficit and make life easier

lifts before... bench 170 squat 255, lifts now bench 240 and squat 355

Weight before 171 and weight now 186.. Bench before was 170 and bench after 240. Squat before 255 and squat after 355
I highly recommend it.. Bench went from 170 to 245 and squat from 275 to 355 in 6 months and gained good amount of mass
