No man, I was looking for the answer to my question that could I gain same amount of muscle as a newbie guy of my height and weight and will I gain less muscle because Im into my second year lifting....
hmm let me ask this. If a person trains intensely for 5 years straight. but never bulked, would he gain 5-8 lbs muscle max because he is way past the newbie stage?? see where Im getting at?
So even if this is almost my second year lifting. Because of the fact that I have little muscle mass Im still considered a newbie?, and would probably gain a good 15-20 lbs of muscle like a newbie...
Again Im not trying to estimate the exact amount of muscle Im gonna gain. Im asking does the amount of muscle you can gain correlate to the year you have been seriously training?
I went from 220 lbs to 150 but still look like crap. Most because I focused on the scale, I ate a very low protein diet ( I think around 60-100 max a day ) Ate alot of carbs and fat still lost...
