    So I'm 5'7 and I currently weigh 222lbs. (I was 267) I am currently doing an push/pull/leg lifting regime as follows:

    Mon: Pull
    Tues: Push
    Wed: Off
    Thur: Legs
    Fri: Off
    Sat: Pull
