    you're 5' 4" 150 im 5' 9" 186 .... my recommended for bulk is actually 277g of protein...300 may be high but its definitely not ridiculous.

    Its bulking season and the days I work out (4x a week) I consume on average 3700 calories, 450g carbs, 300g protein, 65g fat. How much should I cut my numbers down to on my off days?
