Same as you OP, 34 soon and about 6months-1year ago noticed I was thinning a bit on top. Had long hair but after cutting it short don’t notice it at all.
Is there anything fukin dumber than idolising gangs or gang culture in general.

Thanks I’m going to give it a go. The 6-12 rep range is so embedded in my brain it’s pretty much all I ever used but good to switch it up and give the joints a bit less pressure.

How effective do you find high reps for shoulders? Always liked lower reps and heavy but due to injuries am switching to higher reps. Probably gonna go like 15ish for shoulder press
