I heard that they changed their formula? Is that true?
I've stopped taking supplements a few years ago and I don't know what brands are the best now.
So, what is a good multi vitamin and what is a good joint supplement? I'd like them to be...
Also, any tips on getting past a plateau? I've been hitting stuck at 315-345x 2-3 reps for months now...
Thanks. I'm working on OLY lifting and there's almost nothing ITP... coffees gym is nice but it's a pain to get to after work. The crossfit gym, joined only the OLY membership, is really expensive...
