    yes I agree I take up to 3 min in between sets, but I seam to get bored if I take any more than that. but I think 5 min is fine as lone as you have that kind of time to spend in the gym.

    this way the cardio does not hinter you gains. and the off day are just that
    "off days". you need them to recover. and grow!

    in my opinion I agree with what everyone else is posting. I would try the 185 again, and like everyone else is saying one more time after that before a reset.
