    Look @ me this is my time table. I am in a similar boat. I work 6 days straigh and gym it 4 days a week with school on mon tues wed 6 - 9 ( so work to school to gym )

    Mon - Sat ( 9am - 5pm )...

    Diet alone = slow fat loss

    Weight + Diet = Fast fat loss

    Cardio + Weight + diet = Fasterer fat loss

    By adding cardio your just making it faster. But ofcourse their are so many more factors...
