Hit a 190kg squat today and 120kg push press. Gains everywhere but I'm fat as f now
It's only 3 years since I was heavier and significantly weaker than you are now so don't worry about it

I've failed 220kg deadlift like 10 times in previous workouts, turned into a mental issue more than anything. Doubled up on PWO and went for it!
Deadlift was the last piece of the puzzle today!

Yeah I switched to Sensodyne after using the strips and now they feel fine as long as I keep using it. Will probably use the White Strips again in a few months, as I've noticed the whitening effect...
+1 to these but only for 30 mins per use. Made my teeth more sensitive but seen noticeable results and whiter teeth with around 3 weeks use.
