yes you can make egg white omelettes. do the same thing you would with whole eggs, just use egg whites.

When the intention is to have a protein/carb meal, how many grams of fat are realistically a good idea? For example my first meal is 1 dry cup oats, 2 scoops whey, and 8 oz of FF Milk. This adds up...

I work out alone as well, I just use free weights...if you fail, you can let the weights down. You'll be far more satisfied by your results from free weights I would think... but best of luck on...

I'm pretty sure tuna has all the amino acids....And I'm also relatively certain the body can digest more than 25-27 grams in a "sitting". How about some research to back that up? I have no research...
I find it humorous that while reading this thread I was eating 1 cup of oats......DRY...and loving every minute of it.

During my time so far on my bulk I've had some real problems sticking with the program. I seem to have I guess what I would refer to as mood disturbances when I'm on a fairly high carbohydrate diet....
Peanuts, almonds...really any nuts. Packed with calories and good fats but I'm not sure that's what you had in mind as far as "good cheat food".
Also you could cook up some eggs later in the day...
If you're just getting too full to eat that amount try making the consumption of your protein the first priority every time you sit down to eat. That way if you are full you at least made sure to get...
