ok. cleared my doubts on sugars
but what about the pasta which one for...
1- how much sugars is Ok a day from natural sources like fruits ,chickpeas,veggies.
2- fed up of eating sweet /white potatoes and white wild rice for post workout with my chicken breast
sure im doing it . but now where any info on cowpeas or chickpeas given.
