I've been putting alot of work on my calves recently, believe it or not they have grown (used to be even smaller).
I work them 2x/week, 1 time 5x standing calf raises + 5x calf press on leg press...
I feel that my back is the strongest point and quads come in close 2nd (you cant see them well in the pictures, because i suck at posing and I didn't flex them properly) and that my calves+hamstrings...
Starting my cut soon and I got my self L-carnitine(600mg/capsule) and green tea capsules (500mg green tea extract? Polyphenols 475 mg, Catechins 350 mg, EGCG 200 mg, Caffeine 20 mg / capsule)...
