my dr says its not a hernia or a ceptic ulcer... wich scares the **** out of me >.>( sorry abour langue)
i reduced body fat alot.. workedo ut each day.......
man i think i over worked one side of my abs .... the stomech comes through the abdomanel wall...
sadly i hope it hasnt happaned to me .... i hope its just cause of my new diet
