ooooh I'd definitely write an honest review on this....been eating a lot of kashi lately because of the higher protein content.

I love fasted cardio to be honest....wake up at 4am hit the gym by 430....run for 45mins then do weights....I used to run after dinner but i found that alot tougher to be honest..every time I eat...

no need to cook imo mix this stuff in the refrigerator over night
