DAA is the best bet of what you listed, but samples won't help you. You need to use DAA for at least a week or two before you will notice any benefit.

I don't think fat burners are overrated as much as people just tend to have unreasonable expectations for what fat burners can do for them.

Protein farts are notorious. I drink shakes every morning and it isn't usually a big problem. It's no worse than most vegetables for me.
