I personally do HIIT training for fat burning 5.15 till 6.15 everyday. If before bed will get me better results then its worth a try?

I second that. But really try to stick to lean mass rather than whacking on 8lbs of fat with it. You'll only regret it
14-17% baring in mind the more lean mass u have the easier it is to burn fat mate how long u been doing this for?
