havent touched this calorie counter in 2 weeks, still stuck to exercising every day, but fell off the wagon for a while....ate a bunch of **** but now im ready to get back on track!

Nutrition was id say 7/10, I stayed in a good caloric intake but some foods could have been switched out for better ones.

Another aspect that you havent looked at yet is your workouts. Yes they may be intense, but is it something you enjoy? The thing is, when youre working out 2 hours a day, you're going to burn out....
