Increase 20 yard sprints to 5x20. Overall looks good, main focus on acceleration for now and change to some max velocity later on in the year. Do some power skips as well in addition to box jumps.

you dont need to be counting calories much, just get in A LOT of healthy whole foods, 5-6 meals per day, get in as much protein as you can. Beginners dont need specifics, just eat and lift.
Best way is to go to AS MANY meets as you can. By that I mean take a good indoor season and compete as much as you can. Go through good warm ups, even do some plyos and hit the gym after the meet, so...
