Hey'a!
I have a weird happening - my left arm is CONSIDERABLY stronger then my right, and I'm right handed.
I use dumbells, and I notice I can push out twice as many reps or more with my left...
I'm looking for a REPUTABLE/quality micellar casein/whey blend like Trutein - The only supplier I found in AUS is sold out 24/7, and I don't want to pay 70 bucks in shipping from the US.
Anyone know...
Isatori GXR-3 Morph.
There's a caffein filled version, and a stim free version.
I used the stim free one. The advertisement for it turned me off, but then I tried it and never looked back.

Though, at 141Lbs and 5"7 height, you could also do with a lot more bulking ^_^
You are probably right about counting them, and I will someday soon. Though, I'm just asking how and if eating a measured amount of calories over a random amount, will affect raw strength.

DB bench press, DB shoulder press, DB bent-over rows, front squats, one hand skull crushers ( if that makes any sense), lunges & a balload of situps.
I do all the press work one handed.
In the meantime though, whilst I'm saving.
Hey guys/gals!
I can currently 'out-lift' all the weights I have, and I was wondering if there's any way to make things harder for myself to keep progressing.
I am looking into getting more...
Coconut milk! The drinking kind.
If they're soft and mushy like bruised fruit, its because they're bruised.
But that wasn't the question.
Thanks! You've brought up an interesting point, regarding bioavailability.
I must research this further.
