When you say rotate, do you mean something like every 6-9 weeks or do you follow something more along the lines of a WS4SB template and rotate every 1-2 weeks?

I appreciate the input DaBurg3r. Are you recomending the t-bar rows over the chest supported rows out of your own personal preference or becuase you have found t-bar rows to be more beneficial?
