Hi guys i've always had pretty poor overhead strength esp with the strict standing military press.

I can only put 70 kgs for 1RM

my bench is 130 kgs for 1RM

i've done a couple of 5/3/1...

so i've recently had this sacroilliac joint injury that hasn't been going away for 2 months now. It always flares up when i squat and because of this my training has been inconsistent.

I feel it...
