    Con-cret dosage timing does not make a major difference. I personally just mix it with my pre workout and it adds some good flavor too.

    When using mono the body needs roughly 5 grams to reach saturation.

    hcl requires much less because of its water solubility which allows for quicker absorption.

    Anywhere from 2-3 grams is fine.
