    I´m about to start taking creatine and I´m not sure what sheme would be more effective:
    Sheme A:
    Week 1:20g/day
    Weeks 2-5:5g/day
    Weeks 5-8:No creatine
    Repeat
    or

    Sheme B
    Always 5g/day
