thanks for all the advice guys. yeah my personal trainer is great. and i have been eating a **** ton. when im not hungry, i eat. its tough. but the results in 2 months are already amazing.
Thanks for advice. Yep, when I went to gym and they did their test.. I was 6.8%.. which is a little unhealthily low. i eat really healhily.. basically 0 junk food. and i did lots of cardio.
