Was actually just given the green light yesterday by my doctor to ramp up activity. I’m now 9 months post op (second surgery) and almost fully fused. We will wait until my one year scan to confirm...

Lol!!! Not quite! I'm hoping to start therapy in another 2-3 weeks and get out of this brace. I have to wear a brace whenever I'm not laying down. Fun times! The incisions should look a lot better...
